Mammograms and Fun!!!

Bet you never heard those words in the same sentence before!!! Well yesterday two of my friends and I, took a trip to Ottawa to the Breast Health Clinic for our biannual mammo trip!!! We had our mammos then went for lunch and a little fabric shopping, gotta celebrate on Mammo day!!
Above is Michele of The Running Stitch in Kanata, bringing me out the last bag of Thermore!!!!

I bought this pattern I HAD to have.....made with Rouinneries!!! Got it home and found it was designed by a friend of mine..... Mary Lajoie of Country Angel designs!!!
Don't you just love the Dear Jane on the wall behind her???

Last week we spent a few days in Niagara at Terry's sister and her husbands. Got to spend some time with two of my favorite people in the world...my very special granddaughters, Megan and Laura, aren't they gorgeous. Didn't get to see my daughter except fleetingly as she was working and there was a funeral that was very important to her to be available for. Next time the four of us will have some special time together!

Nope! I've never seen anyone have fun with mammograms, but you managed to do it!
Too funny Ruth! I love the quilt shop, so when I visit my granddaughter at Ottawa U. this fall I'll try to stop by.
Grandchildren make life worth while don't they?
I could fee the joy in the photo!
